repairing light sockets
#1

Hi Guy's,
I know I have read a n article Ron put on here about repairing Philco light sockets, but I can't find it.
I have a 37-116 that I need to replace or repair light sockets on.
Mine is missing the original light sockets and wire harness.
I managed to find a couple light sockets with the shields that need to be re-built.
Can someone supply me with a link?
Thanks,
murf

Some day, and that day may never come, I will call upon you to do a service for me. But until that day, accept this justice as a gift

If you could find some phenolic or porcelain washers of a suitable size that would be an improvement over the nylon ones, although all are better then the rubber crap Philco used.
