Westinghouses sure do have beautiful dials. I gave my dad WR-212, the dial is really nice.

People who do not drink, do not smoke, do not eat red meat will one day feel really stupid lying there and dying from nothing.

I've been working on this NZ "Cash Radio Co" model from the mid-30's... unknown details but its a 6 valve with absolutely horrible construction and so many faults and open coils I wanted to throw it away several times... it was only the dial that kept me going... and even that took me a day to rebuild... But it was worth it.

There are no personal problems that can't be overcome with the liberal application of high explosives

Some day, and that day may never come, I will call upon you to do a service for me. But until that day, accept this justice as a gift

Steve, I really like that dial. I have never seen one like it and I probably won't ever again.
You did a fine job working on it . I like it

Beautiful dial on that Westinghouse Dan.  Have you posted pictures of the whole radio?

Very unique dial on that "Cash Radio" Steve. Like Dan said, we'll probably never see another one like it.

Thanks for sharing guys Icon_thumbup Icon_thumbup Icon_thumbup

Yes, in those it is. In 20/90 it is a metal spring that holds the rotor in the cradles of the outer walls.morzh — 01:39 PM
