Philco 680 restoration - info needed
#1

A fellow collector is restoring Philco-680 console. It is in poor shape, both, inside and outside. Some items are missing, like output transformer - N 158 on the schematics - item 32-7461 and interstage tranfromer - N 157, item 32-7446. Schematics suggests resistance, but not other information, like wire diameter or number of coils. Any information of this kind, pictures etc would be greately appreciated.
Thank you in advance!

Hello, Leonid: glad to see you made it here to the Phorum.

I will check my parts chassis that I have to see if I have any of the items you are looking for.

The Philco Repair Bench site is another good place to start for schematics and other info about the 680

Hi,

Unfortunately, Philco did not give the information you seek (number of turns of transformer windings, wire size, etc.).

Yes, I have the full service info for that killer 1936 set.
