Wanting information about the value of a Philco tweeter

I've never used this forum before ... but here goes: Does anyone have any feedback, general information, or expertise about a Philco tweeter made in Japan (perhaps as much as 3- years ago or more) model 36-1703-1? I would greatly appreciate hearing from you.
