Model 19 Cathedral Shadow Meter
#1

Hi all,

Would any of you know if the shadow meter that is standard on a Model 19 cathedral chassis is the same as let's say other models? I've some other chassis that contain shadow meters, and the chassis I am dealing with it now has provisions for a meter, BUT the meter is missing.

Thanks for your advice and assistance.

Gary,

Philco designed three versions that I know of (see my Service Tips on S. Meters). I believe the type you are looking for would be the early version with the long rectangular box. The Service Tip will give you other models of that early period that would have used the same type you could scavenge or look for junkers.

I'll give the site a look. Thanks Chuck.
