Car Radio УРАЛ, Ural-Auto 2 FM/AM/LW/SW.

Nice little message: You are not authorized to view or download files (in Russian, of course). But yes, I can probably work out some sort of battery for it. Good you told me it runs at 9V.

OK, you don't have to view them - he pretty much downloaded the pics from the same link you have. There is that pic with the radio open.

Well, this is the main page for that radio - it says right there

>>>При этом приёмник питается от блока питания
состоящего из 6 элементов 343. - At the same time the radio works from the power block containing 6 type 343 batteries. The "343" was the Soviet "D", 1.5 volt.

One more thing: from the sch it seems like what they do is this:

They feed the output audio amp from whatever voltage comes in, 12-15V from the car circuitry OR from 9V of the portable battery (BTW the sch now that I looked at it also says "9V").
Then they use parametric stabilizer made with KT315 transistor (a small orange dipped thingy) to make about 5V out of it (using a Si transistor and 5.6V KS156A zener makes it about 4.9V or so) and use it to feed the RF part.

This put together makes the radio suitable for anywhere from 7V (will lose some power in the audio) to 15V (did not analyze - don't know if the parts are sensitive to high voltage) power in.
