Most of the time 100mmfd will do the trick.

That's one of the problems with repairing those mini IF cans, the values are not marked on the schematic, or rarely are, and not all IF cans used the same value capacitors, sometimes not even the same set. On some you can use 100 mmf/pf, on other you need 120s, others something else.
